Porositë dhe pagesat tona i kryen rishitësi ynë online Paddle.com. Paddle.com është shitësi zyrtar (Merchant of Record) për të gjitha porositë tona: merr pagesën, lëshon faturën dhe trajton taksat, anulimet dhe rimbursimet. Rimbursimi kthehet nga Paddle në të njëjtën mënyrë pagese që ke përdorur.
Mund të kërkosh rimbursim të plotë brenda 14 ditëve nga data e pagesës, për çdo arsye. Kjo vlen si për pagesën e parë ashtu edhe për çdo rinovim mujor ose vjetor.
Pasi miratohet, Paddle e kthen shumën zakonisht brenda 5–10 ditëve pune, sipas bankës ose kartës.
Kur rimbursohet një pagesë, abonimi Pro mbyllet dhe llogaria kalon në Free. Të dhënat e llogarisë nuk fshihen.
Nëse thjesht nuk do të rinovosh, anulo abonimin kurdo; Pro mbetet aktiv deri në fund të periudhës së paguar dhe nuk paguan më.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. This applies to the first payment and to each monthly or yearly renewal.
Go to paddle.net, find your order and request a refund, or email info@thepharmatools.com with your account email and payment date and we will forward it to Paddle within 2 business days.
Once approved, Paddle usually returns the funds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The Pro subscription ends and the account returns to Free. To simply stop renewing, cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
